Payment Portal Helpful Tips:

• When paying from your statement, ONLY enter your statement number. Your statement number is printed at the top of your statement.
• On the invoice/ticket number, only enter ONE invoice OR ticket number per payment. Your payment will still be credited to your balance.
• Do NOT enter statement numbers AND invoice numbers. Choose one or the other.
• If you do not have a statement or invoice number, use our generic code of 0001F.
• There is a $25,000 limit for a single transaction. Anything over this amount will need to be split into two smaller payments.
